Robin Hood way 2 - Clumber Park Circular via Hazel Gap and Cresswell Crags

A run along the River Mersey, River Goyt and Peak Forest Canal going from Rusholme to New Mills through Stockport and Marple

Kinder Scout - Up Jacobs ladder to the Downfall across the plateau and down Grindbrook Clough. Footpath disappears across the plateau so navigation skills essential! Very steep rocky descent.. worth it for the rock hoping fun!

10k route around Shipley Country Park for wet days. Some puddles, some bits through woods so moderate rather than smooth, but rest is on paths and trails.

Route from Glossop to mottram, Broadbottom and Charlesworth and back to Glossop.

Fairly easy walk or run around the Conkers Circular route with a divert down to the Ashby Canal before returning to Moira.

Trigger lines - the race description doesnt give a whole lot of alternative lines. well, there are some, but they are crap, and you just wouldnt take them.
