Achensee bis zum Eingang in das Weißenbachtal, führt der weitere Anstieg unterhalb der steilen Berghänge des Bärenkopfes auf einem Güterweg durch das Weißenbachtal bis zur Weißenbachalm. Von dort folgt der schöne Anstieg durch das Weißenbachkar hinauf zum "Am Übergang". Zuletzt steigt man westwärts hoch über dem Tiroler Inntal entlang des Kammes durchaus sanft zum Ochsenkopf auf, der auch häufig als Seiersjoch bezeichnet wird.
