Snowshoe walks in Vinschgau

Rewarding snowshoe hike on the Tomberg from Schartegg via the pigsty to the Zirmtalersee lake

This "borderless" snowshoe hike in the Vinschgau Oberland leads past fortifications below the three-country summit of Piz Lad to the Dreiländerstein, always along the border with Austria and Switzerland to the Rescher Alm.

From Lake Haidersee via Lake Faulsee to the Bruggeralm and the Haideralm ski area, from there take the Böckl and down to St. Valentin auf der Haide

From the Schlinig Pass up to the Hahnenkamm and on to Piz Rasass.

The high plateau of the Schlinig Pass is an Eldorado for snowshoe hikers.

The Mot Falain is a ridge in front of the rocky crest of the Lorenzi mountain and is climbed via partly steep north-facing slopes. Together with the south-facing descent, this makes for a beautiful traverse.

This snowshoe hike takes us through sparse forests from the Langtaufertal valley to the panoramic balcony of the Masebener Hütte, which used to be known as Atlantis.

After a short and leisurely ascent across the sunny plateau at Watles to the Schafberg, we walk along not too steep paths to the Oberdorfer Alm in Zerzer Tal. We hike through the wonderfully quiet mountain valley back to the Reschenpass road at the Fischerhäusern.

A snowshoe hike where you can still be almost on your own. In a landscape at the foot of the Weißkugel with views of the Upiatal and Ramudeltal valleys. A place of peace and tranquillity.
